Job summary

A leading financial services company in the United Kingdom seeks an individual to support the processing of physical customer files. Responsibilities include applying barcodes, preparing files for storage, and ensuring data quality. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be comfortable with Excel, and possess good organisational skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Place processed files into labelled archive boxes and maintain clear box contents lists.
  • Perform basic quality checks on data entry and barcodes.
  • Handle customer information securely and follow records management and privacy guidelines.
  • Engage with Project Records Manager for direction and guidance.
