Your day-to-day will include:* Using the Darktrace platform and supporting tools to investigate alerts and produce reports.* Monitoring network traffic for unusual patterns and identifying threat trends.* Assessing risks and implementing straightforward security measures.* Researching emerging threats and phishing techniques to help customers stay protected.* Answering basic customer queries via email or chat with clear, simple responses.* Sharing knowledge internally and externally, including writing technical blog posts.* Representing Analyst work and cybersecurity principles confidently in customer-facing engagements.* Staying up to date with the latest developments and trends in cybersecurity.**What experience do I need:**We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.
