A leading bakery product company based in Great Harrowden is seeking a Customer Supply Chain Advisor to manage customer orders, resolve queries, and maintain service quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and IT skills, with experience in supply chain or customer service. In this full-time role, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Location: Bedford (Wallis Way, MK42) occasional travel to 3PL sites and customer meetings
Contract: Permanent, full‑time (37.5 hours, Monday–Friday; occasional rota-based weekend/out‑of‑hours with time in lieu)

As a Customer Supply Chain Advisor, you’ll own a portfolio of customers, acting as their main point of contact to process orders, resolve queries and keep service performance on track. We’re looking for someone who brings more than just skills – we want a team player with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team‑oriented environment. You’ll work closely with Account Managers, Planning, NPD, 3PL partners and Credit Control to keep data accurate, stock flowing and customers happy.
