Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
- Create quotes for existing clients across Hardware, Software, and Managed Services.
- Manage the entire sales process from identifying opportunities to finalising sales orders and contract agreements.
- Work closely with the team to ensure accurate and timely quotes.
Experience
- Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Team‑driven environment experience, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Skills Required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
- Time management with strong prioritisation and deadline orientation.
- Organisational excellence and accurate data entry.
- Consistency, methodical approach, willingness to listen, learn and improve.
- Problem‑solving capabilities and customer service experience, handling enquiries, resolving issues and ensuring excellent service.
The Candidate
Good knowledge of IT & Telecoms products would be a considerable advantage.

- Stage 4 – Call with HR Manager to confirm details and present job offer.
- Final Stage – Offer letter with agreed start date.
