Customer Service Advisor – Student Accommodation The Summit 25 hours

Customer Service Advisor

Location :The Summit, Leicester

Salary :£18,135 per annum (£13.95 per hour)with overtime paid at 1.25 x hourly rate

Hours : Average of 25 hours per week (contracted to 1300 hours annually) between 8am to 8pm.

  • Tech savvy – ability to learn new systems quickly and have good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Organisedand detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable with sales, taking payments, following processes, and keeping accurate records.
  • Resilient, with the able to stay calm under pressure, particularly during busy periods
  • No prior property experience? No problem! We’re looking for enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a passion for great customer service.
  • Solutions orientated, with the ability to think on your feet.

This role follows an annualised hours model, meaning your hours will be distributed flexibly throughout the year to meet business and seasonal demands (peak season is July – September where increased hours will be required). However, your salary remains consistent every month. Details will be discussed at interview.
