A leading vehicle service provider in Banbury is looking for a motivated Customer Service Advisor to join their team. In this full-time role, you will engage with customers, manage service coordination, and ensure effective communication throughout the servicing process. We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team at Banbury. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction, and your responsibilities will include building relationships with new and existing customers, coordinating routine servicing, repairs and maintenance, handling queries and raising invoices for work carried out, whilst always keeping our customers up to date. You will have a real passion for delivering a first‑class service and an organised approach to your work.
