A prominent retail company in Solihull is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for an office-based role. The ideal candidate will handle customer calls and emails, support the team in daily operations, and maintain records. Applicants should have strong attention to detail, excellent organisation skills, and confidence in communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable, along with solid GCSEs in English and Maths. The company values hard work, trust, and respect, providing a supportive environment.
Office-based role in Monkspath - Solihull, West Midlands. £25,396.80 starting salary, 30 days annual leave, 15% staff discount. Full time, 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday. You will also work one Saturday approximately every three weeks (for which you will receive a day in lieu).

The Customer Service department is an essential part of our business and as a Customer Service Advisor you will be required to support your team in all aspects of their daily operations including; answering telephone queries and complaints from customers and shops, responding to emails, postal duties, accurate record keeping and reporting.

Our ideal candidate can effectively use Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint, alongside our in-house software (don't worry, we'll train you!). You'll have solid GCSEs (or equivalent) with at least a B in English and Maths.
