Qualifications

  • Minimum of 12 months’ experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership.
  • Flexible team player, able to support during busy periods.
  • Results-focused with resilience to overcome obstacles.
  • Strong understanding of vehicles and components.
  • Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide informed and efficient service to customers via various channels.
  • Meet and greet customers, qualifying work during vehicle drop-offs.
  • Identify and pursue customer service improvement opportunities.
  • Accurately book workshop tasks and maintain effective communication.
  • Manage customer updates on repairs and authorize additional work.
