As the Customer Experience Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—both domestic and commercial—ensuring they have access to the energy they need. You’ll handle inbound calls and occasionally work on outbound campaigns. No two conversations are the same, and you’ll be empowered to make decisions, solve problems, and provide exceptional support and advice.
You will be workingfor one of UK’s largest distributors of off-grid energy, with over 40 years of experience delivering reliable solutions to homes and businesses. The company has grown from a 10% market share to over 30%, driven by innovation and strategic acquisitions.
