Job description

This is a newly formed, high-energy team of three dedicated specialists responsible for the initial "speed-to-lead" response for HitsRadioAdvertising.co.uk and other inbound sources. Acting as the commercial engine room, this team bridges the gap between high-volume transactional sales and strategic field sales.

The Difference you will make

The Customer Engagement Executive/Consultant plays a pivotal role in Bauer Media’s new commercial hybrid team. The primary purpose of this role is to act as the first point of contact for all inbound commercial leads, ensuring rapid response and maximizing revenue conversion.

Your role
  • Take ownership of all inbound inquiries from HitsRadioAdvertising.co.uk , negotiate pricing and clos ing deals directly over the phone .
  • Manage the full sales cycle for smaller commercial opportunities (campaigns under £5k).
  • Identify "High Value" opportunities (campaigns over £5k) , b ook ing confirmed appointments for Field Sales .
  • Maintain records within the CRM system Ensur ing l eads are correctly categorized .
  • Work with the Field Sales team to ensure a seamless client handover experience
The Skills you will bring
  • Experience in high-volume call environments .
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) .
  • Understanding of the media/advertising landscape or B2B sales is highly advantageous .
Working Pattern/Location

This is a fulltime role Monday to Friday, between 9am – 5.30pm with flexible working hours. It is a lso Hybrid role that supports a balance of working from home and one of our offices in either Manchester (Castle Quays) or London (5 min walk from Euston Station) .
