Kitson Associates is pleased to share a new opportunity for a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Care Technician to join a 5-star housebuilder. This is a field-based role covering Weston-Super-Mare to Bristol.
In this hands-on role, you'll provide top-notch after-sales support—fixing defects, tackling maintenance tasks, and making sure every customer feels valued.
Every day is different, so being multi-skilled with a solid understanding of NHBC Standards and LABC Regulations is essential.
Health & Safety is a priority—you'll follow all guidelines to keep yourself and others safe.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, loves solving problems, and is great with people. If you've worked in maintenance or snagging before, you’ll fit right in.
