A cultural organization seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and manage email marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include audience journey mapping, data integration, A/B testing, and performance tracking. As part of the Digital and Communications team, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and analysing a joined‑up customer journey. You will manage and automate emails and SMS, craft engaging content, and optimise strategies.
