A fast-growing 3PL and fulfilment company in the UK is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead CRM management and lifecycle marketing efforts. You'll optimize customer journeys, driving engagement through personalized interactions and data-driven insights. Collaborating cross-functionally, you'll implement solutions to enhance client experiences and support the company's rapid growth. We’re looking for a hands on CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to shape the way our clients experience IFGlobal. You’ll be at the heart of our growth, using data, automation, and insight to create meaningful, personalised interactions that build trust, drive engagement, and strengthen long term relationships. Owning it
You’ll take full responsibility for CRM management and lifecycle marketing, ensuring every stage of the customer journey is optimised and measurable. From building automated workflows for lead scoring, nurturing, onboarding, retention, and upsell programs to maintaining data hygiene and lifecycle accuracy, you’ll keep HubSpot running as a highly effective engine for growth. You’ll track and analyse performance across key metrics, delivering insight‑led recommendations that improve conversion, accelerate time to value, and maximise customer lifetime value.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Onboarding, Partnerships, Product, and Account Management to ensure journeys are aligned, accurate, and effective. You’ll support lead handover, pipeline visibility, and sales enablement, providing the insights, workflows, and content teams need to convert and retain clients. By fostering cross‑functional collaboration, you’ll help the business succeed together.
You’ll challenge the status quo, experiment with new approaches, and push the boundaries of what CRM and lifecycle marketing can achieve. You’ll anticipate client needs, optimise journeys proactively, and take initiative to implement creative solutions that exceed expectations. By continuously learning and improving, you’ll deliver a seamless, value driven digital experience that drives engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth while setting the standard for excellence across the business.
