Job summary

A global data and AI company is looking for a Credit Risk Transformation Delivery Manager to lead and manage programs that strengthen the bank's credit risk capabilities. This role oversees critical initiatives and ensures compliance while managing stakeholders' expectations. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in credit risk management and transformation projects, along with strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks. This is a 3-month contract position based in the UK.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in credit risk, risk management, or large-scale banking transformation.
• Demonstrated experience in leading multi-year, cross-functional risk/regulatory programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs to transform the bank’s credit risk capabilities.
• Ensure delivery of strategic initiatives on time and within budget.
• Act as the primary interface between stakeholders.

Skills

Knowledge of credit risk concepts (PD, LGD, EAD models)

Program/project management

Familiarity with risk systems and credit decisioning platforms

Understanding of regulatory risk frameworks

Strong leadership and influencing skills

Excellent communication skills

Proficiency in program management tools

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or related discipline
