We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our team. If you have a background in maintaining customer ledgers and managing outstanding debts, we want to hear from you. As a Credit Controller, you will handle tasks such as chasing client debts, allocating payments, and generating daily reports. Your role will also involve bank reconciliation, debt collection via phone and email, and close collaboration with our accounts team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent telephone skills to establish client rapport, self-motivation to stay organised, and proficient note/diary keeping abilities. Confidence and effective communication are essential for success in this role.
