Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a credit controller in an FMCG business is desired.
  • Working knowledge of ERP(SAP), 365 Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan daily tasks without need for referral.
  • Have worked in a fast-paced, demanding, and results-driven organization.
  • Working as part of a larger team contributing and delivering joint objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Daily credit management of ledgers, ensuring accounts are paid to terms agreed.
  • Managing risk by regular contact with customers and sales managers.
  • Updating relevant query spreadsheets and managing customer payment plans.
  • Assessing held orders to manage risk and ensure compliance.
  • Raising pro-forma invoices for cash with customer orders.
