A leading foodservice equipment supplier in Bristol is seeking a Credit Controller to manage the credit control process for key accounts. This role involves maintaining ledger accuracy, resolving payment queries, and collaborating with internal teams. The successful candidate will have significant experience in credit control and excellent communication skills. The position offers a hybrid working pattern following training, making it ideal for detail-oriented professionals.
Nisbets Limited are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join our Finance team and play a key role in managing the end-to-end credit control process for strategic and high-volume customers within the Key Accounts sector.
This role will be based in Avonmouth, with flexibility to work from home as part of a hybrid working pattern following a period of training.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining ledger accuracy, driving proactive engagement with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely payments to support accurate cashflow forecasting. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to resolve queries, minimise overdue debt, and support continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead customer query resolution, provide aged debt analysis, and contribute to process enhancements aligned with our One Touch philosophy: resolve once, resolve well.
