As a Creative Strategist (Performance) at Wuffes, you’ll shape how we reach and convert new audiences - at scale. This role sits within the Growth team and is responsible for building creative strategies across all paid ad platforms, guiding creative production across internal and external partners (UGC > higher level production), and translating insights into breakthrough creative.
This role is perfect for a creative thinker with a sharp commercial mindset: someone who can turn data and insights into scroll-stopping creative strategies, and work closely with design, growth, and brand teams to bring them to life.
Your responsibilities
- Work with the Head of Growth and a team of creative strategists to develop the creative strategy for performance marketing campaigns - developing briefs, concepts, and messaging that resonate with different customer segments and platforms.
- Write and deliver creative briefs for internal design teams, influencer partners, and external agencies.
- Ideate and validate audience personas, hooks, and content angles to break through to new customers.
- Iterate on top-performing assets while developing net-new creative concepts for testing.
- Build and manage a creative testing framework to inform strategy and scale learnings. Turn data into insights - analysing results from A/B tests, platform metrics etc. to inform future creative directions.
- Lead the ideation and testing process across formats (video, static, UGC, motion) to drive continuous improvement in engagement and conversion.
- Stay ahead of trends in creative, content, and digital culture - proactively identifying opportunities for Wuffes to stand out.
- Act as the creative voice in growth discussions - helping ensure campaigns balance performance with brand consistency, where necessary.
- Leverage AI to optimise efficiency and decision-making accelerating testing, surfacing insights faster, and making better calls with cleaner data.
What you bring
- 3-5 years’ experience in a creative strategy or performance-focused creative role (agency or in-house).
- Proven ability to develop and scale performance marketing creative, ideally across Meta, TikTok, AppLovin and YouTube.
- A strong grasp of creative testing frameworks and how to interpret performance data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills — comfortable working cross-functionally with Growth, Design, Brand, and external partners.
- A balance of creative flair and commercial acumen — able to craft compelling ideas that also drive measurable results.
- A self-starter mindset: proactive, curious, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced brand environment.
- Proven ability to blend human‑led creative thinking with AI tools to optimise workflows and scale decisions.
