Craigellachie Hotel Appoints Tom Jolly as Managing Director

The Craigellachie Hotel in Speyside has appointed Tom Jolly as its new Managing Director.

Tom brings extensive experience in food, beverage, and hotel management, having worked with renowned chefs Tony Singh and Gordon Ramsay, as well as holding key roles at Gleneagles, The Wild Rabbit, and The Macallan Experience.

The Craigellachie stated, “Tom’s passion is to create a casual, ‘home from home’ lifestyle experience for our guests. He envisions Speyside as the champagne region of whisky tourism, making the area internationally recognized for its hospitality.”
