Qualifications

• 3 years of full-time post-qualification counselling experience.
• Training in incident support is desirable.
• Corporate experience and business understanding is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality counselling or brief interventions with excellent outcomes.
• Deliver comprehensive assessments to drive evidence-based interventions.
• Adhere to case management processes and collaborate with Clinicians.
