Job summary

A leading health and wellness organization in Brighton is seeking a Corporate Fitness Coach to deliver outstanding fitness services to corporate clients. The role involves providing personalized coaching and energetic group classes, while also engaging with members to maintain their health and wellbeing. The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience and a Level 3 Personal Training qualification. This position offers a competitive salary of £26,208 per annum along with various perks including a pension plan and health cash plan.

About The Role

We are proud to collaborate with a market leading finance company to help them support their corporate employees. Our Fitness Coaches help motivate and maintain staff health and wellbeing by personalising coaching services and providing energetic group classes. We focus on rectifying issues and stressors caused by corporate environments, while retaining membership to help prevent future wellbeing issues.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver a 5* gym floor customer service and create a positive training environment
• Deliver inductions, write client programmes and offer members support, emphasising improvement of technique and ability.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and maintenance of the kit and facility
• Be a gym floor presence engaging with members and guests
• Teach a variety of studio and gym floor classes
• Support the Active Space manager with day-to-day operational tasks and admin
• Work in collaboration with onsite stakeholders to promote the gym and maintain membership levels.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum of two years of personal training, coaching and group fitness class experience.
• Level 3 Personal Training or Sports science degree equivalent qualifications
• A proven track record of establish training needs, develop interventions to meet these needs, and deliver high-quality health and wellbeing solutions and interventions as a result.
• Proven experience of developing effective working relationships and influencing employees
• A self–starter with strong planning and organising abilities
• First class interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

Salary, Perks & Benefits

• Salary - £26,208 per annum
• 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
