Overview

Join to apply for the Corporate Finance Senior Associate role at Pinsent Masons

We are currently looking to recruit a talented corporate lawyer to join the London Corporate Finance team, ideally a candidate with at least 7 years PQE experience in equity capital markets deals and with some public M&A experience.

Responsibilities
  • Advising on IPOs, secondary fundraisings, takeovers and providing day-to-day advice to the boards of our listed clients on the application of relevant regulatory regime, including the Listing Rules, the AIM Rules, and MAR.
  • Work as part of the Corporate Finance team to handle high-value, cross-border transactions and support partners in delivering client objectives.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years PQE - London; ideally experience in equity capital markets deals and some public M&A experience.
  • The successful candidate will ideally have gained experience in a City firm.
  • Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development.
  • They will be a team player with a strong, client-focused approach, a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills.
