A global finance and asset management firm in London is seeking a Corporate Development Analyst to support its corporate growth initiatives. The successful candidate will engage in mergers and acquisitions, provide market analysis, and develop financial models. The role will be based in Burford’s London office. Burford pays base salaries consistent with the financial services industry and favors incentive compensation to reward performance. The Analyst will play a key role in mergers & ვიცი, strategic investments, and capital deployment opportunities while supporting broader strategic initiatives. The role will involve traditional corporate development responsibilities such as financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution, while also supporting Burford’s exploration of innovative opportunities in the legal sector including equity investments in law firms and other strategic partnerships.
Applicants should have 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, financial due diligence, or corporate development and be eager to apply their transactional and analytical skills in a fast-growing business.
