You

You'll be an experienced Associate or Senior Associate with a solidbackground M&A, private equity or equity capital markets. You'llhave a demonstrable track record in corporate matters and should haveexcellent academic credentials, with the drive and ability to deliverhigh-quality work and take the initiative.

You will be eager to build long-lasting relationships with clientsand potential clients and advisers. You will be coming from awell-recognised international, national or regional practice andideally have international experience. You will thrive in acollaborative team environment and will work closely with our clientsand other advisors so good communication skills are essential.
