A regional law firm is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join their busy department in Middleton. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on providing outstanding client service. Responsibilities include managing client interactions, handling payments, and organizing documentation. Candidates must have Conveyancing experience and GCSEs in main subjects like English and Maths. Hours: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm - Monday to Friday (1 Hour Lunch)
We have a vacancy for a Conveyancing Assistant to work in our busy Conveyancing Department based at our Middleton office.
The role requires excellent communication, organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and attention to detail.
Conveyancing experience is essential.
The role is customer focused and offers a varied working day.
Working within a busy office with a friendly team of people, you will be expected to carry out the following duties:
GCSE level at Grade C and above (or equivalent) in the main academic subjects such as English and Maths.

The practice has 200 people and has grown organically to incorporate eight offices stretching across the North West; two in Bolton and one in Atherton, Bury, Chester, Farnworth, Horwich, and Middleton. Although we pride ourselves on being a regional firm, a number of our departments service clients throughout England and Wales.
The firm holds a number of industry related accreditations across all its service areas, in particular the Lexcel Practice Management Standard.
