With ambitious plans to expand into new industry sectors, this is an exciting time to join us as we grow our brand presence and broaden our impact across the energy landscape.

  • Distribution of software products via courier and email
  • Assisting clients with download or security device issues

  • Supporting client KYC (Know Your Customer) processes, efficiently responding to client requests for company information, and ensuring the provision of all necessary documentation
  • Engaging directly with clients by email and through meetings (primarily via Microsoft Teams) to support their procurement processes
  • Offering proactive ad hoc assistance and support to both clients and internal colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the company.

As you gain experience, you will assist in the preparation of tender/bid documentation, along with participating in the drafting and negotiation of more complex licence agreements.

Qualifications

To succeed you will need:

  • A university degree (2:1 or above), ideally in business, law, or another related field (degrees in other disciplines will also be considered)
  • Good school results in both Maths andEnglish

  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organisational skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • A collaborative, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in helping clients and colleagues succeed

We offer an exceptional and highly competitive package which includes a starting salary of £41,000, an annual performance bonus, an excellent pension to which the company will match up to 10% of all employee contributions, private health and dental insurance, and other benefits.
