A leading engineering software provider in Guildford is seeking a Contracts and Licensing Coordinator to support clients globally. You will be responsible for preparing software quotations, issuing licence agreements, and engaging directly with clients to ensure efficient contract processes. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with your colleagues to support the provision of an efficient and quality contracts and licensing service to our clients in over 90 countries around the world. This is very much a hands‑on position where you will learn by doing the job rather than following a formal training programme.

As you grow within the role, you’ll take ownership of core contracts and licensing processes, acting as a trusted point of contact for clients. Your responsibilities will include:
As you gain experience, you will assist in the preparation of tender/bid documentation, along with participating in the drafting and negotiation of more complex licence agreements.
