This role requires a strong on‑site presence, practical problem‑solving, and the confidence to manage people, performance, and client expectations in a fast‑paced operational environment. You will play a key role in monitoring productivity, supporting winter and summer programmes, identifying opportunities for additional works, and driving continuous improvement across the contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support grounds maintenance teams across multiple sites

  • Comfortable working across multiple sites and contracts
  • Practical, proactive, and solutions‑focused
  • A strong communicator with both operatives and clients
  • Keen to develop their career within contract management

Previous experience in a regulated or client‑facing environment is desirable. A horticultural qualification and good IT skills would be advantageous but are not essential. Most importantly, you’ll be motivated, dependable, and keen to develop within a management role.
