Qualifications

  • Experience working as an Administrator in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the construction or house building sector is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calls and log issues appropriately.
  • Coordinate supply of materials and maintenance requests.
  • Ensure defects are followed up by appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain Customer Care log.
  • Check invoices and forward for payment.
  • Liaise with Buying department to order materials.
  • Report defects to sub-contractors regularly.
  • Arrange completion of defect works for Housing Associations.
  • Ensure remedial works are completed within timescales.
  • Answer customer queries in liaison with Sales Teams.
  • Book appointments for addressing latent building defects.
