  • Review routes daily to ensure efficient routes are being created
  • Management of fleet resources
  • Review key reports and identify changes to improve the data
  • Pro-actively resolve potential customer and store queries
  • Work as a team to achieve the daily and weekly targets
  • Offer problem solving solutions
  • Review all vehicle incidents using Samsara software
  • Emergency customer scheduling
  • Ensure production workload is consistent daily
  • Reporting on key logistics KPIs and routing KPIs
