• Strong regulatory and compliance monitoring experience within FX, payments, fintech, banking.
• Proven experience designing and delivering compliance monitoring or assurance programs.
• Solid understanding of UK regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Compliance Monitoring Programme, ensuring it meets regulatory expectations.
• Design and execute thematic and control-based monitoring reviews.
• Produce clear, concise monitoring reports with actionable insights.
