Job description

The job role is for a Complex Care Assistant at Libertatem Healthcare Group, a provider of high‑quality care and support for clients who have sustained personal injuries or suffered from medical negligence. The position is based in Bradford and requires experience in complex care, including skills such as cough assist, gastrostomy management, medication administration, and non‑invasive ventilation.

Job responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and reliable care to a young client, with a full understanding of his condition and care needs.
• Perform complex care tasks including cough assist, gastrostomy replacement/management, medication administration, and non‑invasive ventilation.
• Communicate the client’s needs effectively and provide high‑quality, person‑centred support.
• Salary: £12.21 per hour. Location: Bradford. Shifts: Monday – Sunday, 21:55 – 06:55 (2 shifts per week).

Qualifications

• Complex care experience essential, including cough assist, gastrostomy management, medication administration, and non‑invasive ventilation.
• Compassionate, reliable, confident male care assistant.
