Locala is welcoming applications from enthusiastic, motivated, and caring Registered nurses to join our Community Nursing Network teams. Whether you are newly qualified or have experience, we will support you to thrive in your role.
We have nine teams across North Kirklees and Greater Huddersfield, delivering high‑quality care to patients in their own homes and local communities. As a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing person‑centred care, carrying out holistic assessments, and supporting patients to manage their health needs effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
Our service operates between 8am and 9pm, with core hours of 8am–5pm. You will work a minimum of one weekend in four and two late shifts (1pm–9pm) over a four‑week period.
Location of current vacancies: Greenwood CNN, Viaducts CNN, Valleys CNN, Batley CNN, Spenborough CNN. ( some of these are part time hours)
