We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Community Safety Officer to join our welcoming and dedicated team. In this role, you will work closely with internal departments, partner organisations, and the local community to manage cases related to antisocial behaviour and community safety. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a collaborative, well-coordinated approach that helps reduce antisocial behaviour and fosters a sense of safety and security for residents.
Covering an area of over 245 square miles in northern Hampshire and within a short distance to London Waterloo and the south coast, Basingstoke and Deane offers a real blend of rural and urban living. With a population of 185,200 people, Basingstoke is a fast paced, vibrant, and modern town with many successful businesses, surrounded by pretty villages and set in the stunning Hampshire countryside.
