We are recruiting for a Community CAMHS Team Lead to join our multidisciplinary Community Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CCAMHS) on the Isle of Wight.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our CAMHS Team, you will be joining a strong and supportive group of professionals who will be your peers and inspiring colleagues. You will play a crucial role in providing and being responsible for ensuring the provision of safe services for all people using the Community Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services.
The post holder will support the Children and Young People Services Cluster and Clinical Lead to ensure the delivery of a pathway for people using services that meet all quality, financial and operational performance targets and ensure that these are monitored and tracked effectively.
The post holder will be expected to work in line with the Trust values and behave in a manner that facilitates the development of autonomous teams and individuals that are empowered, engaged and committed to continually delivering excellent care with compassion.
