About the Role

As a Communication and Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping how our school is represented across all platforms.

You’ll manage and coordinate events that showcase our vibrant community, from Open Days to annual celebrations, ensuring every detail reflects our brand values. You will also take ownership of communications, including newsletters, website updates, and social media content, while supporting the wider administration team when needed. This is a varied role where creativity meets organisation, offering you the chance to make a real impact on how families experience our school.

This is a permanent, part‑time, 0.8 FTE, working 4 days per week.

What We Are Looking For

You are an excellent communicator with a flair for creativity and an eye for detail. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with confidence and professionalism. You enjoy working collaboratively but can also take initiative and work independently. Strong IT skills and experience with design or communication tools are a plus, as is the ability to manage events and deadlines effectively. If you have a positive attitude, a sense of humour, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
