Day‑to‑day you’ll be required to:
  • Drive the commercial strategy across major contracts and bids, aligning commercials to programme outcomes and risk profile.

  • Strong commercial experience in a highly regulated industry, with a track record of delivering on accountabilities and driving the commercial agenda.
  • Proven contribution to project commercial strategy on large, complex contracts and bids.
  • Hands‑on NEC contract experience and understanding.
  • Evidence of effective collaboration with procurement, supply chain and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
  • Confident communicator who influences stakeholders and mentors less experienced colleagues.
Qualifications for the Commercial Manager:
  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in Law, Quantity Surveying or a related commercial discipline.
