Qualifications

The role…

Playing a key role in supporting commercial performance, providing data-driven insight across Operations, Growth, Marketing and Retention, and building a continuously improving finance culture. This role is ideal for someone analytical and curious, with strong financial and commercial acumen.

Duties and responsibilities of the role are:

  • Analyse business financial performance and key metrics, including Margin, Revenue, CAC and CLTV.
  • Ownership of variance analysis, helping develop a deep understanding of performance drivers against budget.
  • Assist in preparing board-level reporting and presentations.
  • Supporting in producing management accounts.
  • Build financial models to aid decision making and forecast cycles.
  • Work closely with the finance team to support robust reporting, and with cross-functional budget holders to provide insight and improve commercial performance.
  • Help improve reporting processes, automation, and data-quality.

It’s essential that you:
  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified
  • Experience working in a similar role previously
  • Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset
  • Excellent Excel skills; experience with SQL, BI Tools (Looker) and FP&A Tools (Abacum, Datarails) is a plus.
