Job description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded individual to grow their career within account management. As a Commercial Executive, you’ll support the Commercial Manager in delivering the category strategy for the Morrisons Produce account. You’ll focus on day to day execution, performance analysis and cross-functional coordination, helping turn insight into action.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the delivery of the Produce category strategy and sales plan for the main Morrisons account.

  • Analysing sales data, margins and performance trends.

  • Supporting promotional planning and post-promotion analysis.

  • Coordinating NPD and range changes through internal processes.

  • Preparing customer presentations, reports and insights.

  • Acting as a key link between strategy and execution.

About you

We’re looking for someone with experience in a Commercial, Category, Buying or Account Support role, with exposure to retail, grocery or food manufacturing environments. You will also be:

  • Strong analytically with confidence working with numbers and data

  • Well organised with excellent attention to detail

  • Ambitious, curious and keen to develop commercially

  • Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple priorities
