A premium laser solutions provider is seeking a full-time CO2/engraver service engineer to maintain and service CO2 and fiber laser engraving systems across the UK and Ireland. The role involves system installations, troubleshooting, and delivering customer training while ensuring that client requirements are met effectively. Candidates should have experience in engraving operations, strong communication skills, and a basic understanding of laser or CNC systems. A valid driver’s license is required, along with a willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with Engraving and Laser Engraving operations is essential.
• Skills in Printmaking, Drawing, and Adobe Photoshop are required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining, troubleshooting, and servicing CO2 and fiber laser engraving systems.
• Conducting system installations and delivering customer training.
