Qualifications

CNC Recruitment are seeking for experienced CNC Turning Programmers & Operators to join our dynamic and growing client team in the Chard area. The ideal candidates will have hands‑on experience with Fanuc-based controls and the ability to program and operate CNC lathes independently. Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £34,000 p.a., based on experience and skills
Working Week: 4-Day Week, Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Overtime available)

Key Responsibilities

• Program, set, and operate Fanuc-based CNC turning machines independently.
• Read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Work to close tolerances and inspect finished components to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations within the workshop.
