We are expanding our operations and seeking a Digital Cutting Machine Operator to contribute to our continued success. At Brandfixx, we value precision and quality in every aspect of our work, and we are looking for a dedicated individual who shares these values.* Operate and maintain CNC machines, ensuring proper setup and calibration.* Interpret technical drawings and specifications to program CNC machines accordingly.* Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency.* Load and unload materials into CNC machines, and perform routine maintenance tasks.* Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machines to minimise downtime.* Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.* Keep accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and materials used.* Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organised work area.* Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.* Strong attention to detail and precision.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a timely manner.* Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines.* Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials required.* Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines in a production environment.- Proven experience as a Digital Cutting Machine Operator or in a similar role preferred.* Exceed agreed performance requirements.* Reporting all required pre / during / post information on each project* A performance and attention to detail based mindset.* Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.* A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.* A commitment to maintaining high quality of work and customer service.**Salary** per annum To be Agreed**Status**Permanent**Type**Full time**Applications Begin**11 December 2025**Closing Date for Applications**28 January 2028**Location**Unit F1, Rotterdam Park, Rotterdam Rd Hull HU7 0AN United Kingdom
