Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender suite.
• Knowledge of email authentication (DMARC, SPF, DKIM).

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Oversee security configurations and compliance standards.
• Provide 2nd/3rd line support and mentor other staff.

Skills

Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365

Microsoft Defender experience

Knowledge of email authentication

Familiarity with Cisco Meraki networks

Auditing support experience

Education
