A healthcare organization in the North East is seeking a Clinical Team Administrator for the Mental Health Team and Integrated Support Unit at HMP Durham. The role involves managing administrative support, coordinating appointments, and interacting with healthcare professionals. Successful candidates will have a Level 3 qualification in a relevant field, customer service experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position offers a starting salary of £24,937 per annum with generous NHS benefits including annual leave and pension schemes.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Team Administrator to join Health and Justice working into two teams in HMP Durham – the Mental Health Team and the Integrated Support Unit.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join and support our multi–disciplinary teams who work closely together to give the best holistic care to our patients. In this role, you will be based in the prison working closely with the team.

The role is multifaceted with opportunities for progression and development of skills and experience. You will be offered appropriate training to ensure you can fulfil and excel within the role.
The role will include dealing with enquiries to the clinical team, healthcare and prison professionals, taking action where necessary and ensuring messages are communicated accurately to relevant personnel in an appropriate and timely manner. You will be the first point of contact for other professionals responding in a helpful manner to enquiries or other issues raised.
Support diary management and appointment coordination, arrange and minute meetings, distribute agendas, papers, etc.
You will be required to create and ensure case‑note files are up to date and available for patient appointments/admissions, including liaison with other departments and sites.
Undertake general office duties as required, including ordering supplies, filing, photocopying, etc.
