A healthcare organization in Liverpool is seeking a Clinical Support Worker to join their nursing team. The role involves assisting with patient care and general clinical duties within a supportive environment. Applicants should have experience in clinical settings, particularly in relevant skills like phlebotomy and immunisations. NVQ 3 or equivalent in Health Care is required, and candidates will benefit from a mentorship program. The position can be full-time or part-time, depending on preference.
Due to retirement and an ever‑growing ইতিহাস Nursing Team, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our Nursing Team and work within our supportive and forward‑thinking GP Training Practice. We have a large diverse team of nurses which includes, Clinical Support Workers, ANPs, Practice Nurses, Specialist Nurses, research nurses and a Trainee Nurse Associate. You will need excellent communication and organisation skills and above all you will have the ambition and drive needed to work within an environment of change and innovation.
The post holder will support the Nursing Team working within Brownlow Health in the delivery of the practice agenda. This will include assisting the clinical team in the management of long‑term conditions and general clinical duties. The post holder will provide care to patients following practice protocols and national guidelines and competencies.
Brownlow Health is a large GP training practice committed to supporting our team and developing our services. We have a diverse practice population over six sites in the vibrant City of Liverpool.
We offer a wide variety of specialist services, including Homelessness, Asylum Seekers/Refugees, Care homes, Student health, Sexual health, Obesity and Frailty and have a large multi‑disciplinary team of Nurses, GPs, Pharmacists, Care‑co‑ordinators, 1st contact physios, Social prescribers, Health coaches, Drugs worker etc.
We have a large supportive nursing team of over 40, managed by three Nurse Managers.
