We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and tech‑savvy Client Partner to accelerate Slalom’s growth in the UK Insurance industry. The role involves building enduring partnerships with market leaders, developing high‑value customer and colleague experiences, and delivering transformative, data‑driven results.

What You Will Do
  • Shape strategy, lead growth and direct delivery across a portfolio of current and target UK Insurance customers
  • Partner with colleagues across marketing, sales, delivery capabilities and alliances to develop growth plans and hold teams accountable to achieve targets
  • Consult with clients to understand key business drivers, define needs, develop initiatives, mobilise teams and deliver target business outcomes
  • Drive connections, strategy and execution with our alliance partners to best serve our UK Insurance clients together
  • Build our UK Insurance community of clients and colleagues, develop our experts and industry offerings, and share our success stories
  • Serve as a leader within our Financial Services & Insurance community and steward of Slalom’s core values, demonstrating a growth mindset and passion for people
