Here at Wendover Heights, we are looking for a Client Care Administrator to join our fantastic team. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a warm and compassionate demeanour, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. You’ll be joining a small, close-knit team that looks after one another, creating a supportive and friendly environment.

Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to;
  • Liaising with the clients and the clinical staff to provide a high level of customer care.
  • Meeting and greeting clients and pets.
  • Booking appointments and diary management.
  • Managing telephone and email enquiries.
  • Taking payment for services and products.
  • Managing cash and end-of-day banking.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe space for our clients and their pets.
About the rota

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week to include shift work ranging from 08:00am-20:30pm, 5 days a week possibly to include Saturday work.

Located in the beautiful market town of Wendover, on the edge of the Chiltern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, our practice has been providing quality veterinary care for over 40 years. Our two-acre site features a spacious main hospital building, a standalone cat clinic, and a separate equine facility — though this role will focus solely on the small animal side.

We’re a team of 45 people, including 11 Full time Equivalent vets (14 in number) and 11 FTE nurses (15 in number) , supported by dedicated reception and admin staff. Our facilities include hydrotherapy and physiotherapy services, a large and well-equipped clinical space. We’re known for our friendly atmosphere — and yes, we really do provide lunch for the whole team every day.
