Job Summary

Key Responsibilities, duties and expectations for the role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dealing with queries and providing excellent service to Landlords and Branches over both phone and email
  • Assisting with and providing bespoke reports for landlords
  • Amending ledgers, charges and other transactions to facilitate the smooth movement of landlord monies
  • Working with the Acquisition team to enable a seamless transition/integration of Acquisition data and balances for multi-landlords
  • Acting as a support for more complex accounting queries from colleagues in Branches
  • Willing to learn and develop as part of a growing new team focusing on providing excellent service to landlords
