About the Role - Cleaner/Shunter (driving license essential)

We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Cleaner/Shunter to join our team in Norwich. As a member of the Presentation Team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our fleet, ensuring a pleasant experience for our passengers as well as the positioning and fuelling of the vehicles to ensure they are ready for the next day's service.

What you'll be doing:
  • Working as part of our bus presentation and turnaround team
  • Ensuring vehicles are safely fuelled, positioned, and parked for the next day's service
  • Carrying out cleaning, presentation, and general yard duties
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
  • Communicating clearly with colleagues and supervisors
  • Follow safety and health regulations to maintain a safe working environment
  • Developing your skills with ongoing training and support

Location: Norwich

Hours: 39 hours per week (5 days over 7) – Late Shift 17:00-01:30

Pay: £12.96 per hour - £26,282 p/a

About You
  • Must hold a UK driving license
  • A PCV licence would be beneficial, however we can support you in gaining one
  • At least 6 months' cleaning experience would be beneficial
  • Confidence using cleaning equipment and chemicals
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
