Cleaner and Grounds Maintenance Operative

As we continue to grow, we are seeking passionate and driven individuals with cleaning and gardening skills to join our friendly team.

The Job

This role offers a wide range of responsibilities, including maintaining communal areas across residential developments in Leeds and the surrounding areas, including, but not limited to:

  • Grass cutting and lawn maintenance
  • Hedge trimming and shaping
  • Strimming and edging grass areas
  • Weed spraying and removal
  • Pruning trees, shrubs, and plants
  • General garden tidying and waste disposal
  • Hoovering carpets and floors in communal areas
  • Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
  • Washing down walls, doors, and skirting boards
  • Sweeping and mopping hard floors

What You Need

We are looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining consistently high standards of work. A naturally proactive individual with a keen eye for detail, the ideal candidate will be reliable, conscientious, and always strive to exceed client expectations.

  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Maintains a professional and friendly approach at all times
  • Follows health and safety procedures at all timesShows initiative in identifying and addressing issues
  • Is physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks
  • Has a full, clean driving license (essential for the role)

Job Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Hours: Monday to Friday
Annual leave: 20 days plus bank holidays
