• License should have no more than 6 points and no DD, DR or IN endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and assemble specialist equipment to end-users.
• Start time at 04:00 for daily tasks.
• Conduct on-site testing of equipment and brief customer demonstrations.
• Receive training on Manual Handling, moving, and installing products.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for full-time, permanent Class 2 Drivers to join us at our site in Rochester, working on our Specialist Services contract. You will be working a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with weekends off!

We’re looking to offer a rate of £13.88 per hour regional allowance, and an additional £1.75 per hour subsistance allowance. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Accurately and safely, load and unload vehicles
• Delivering and assembling specialist equipment to end-users
• Your daily start time will be 04:00
• On-site testing of equipment and brief customer demonstrations
• Full training will be given on Manual Handling, moving, and installing the products

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Previous installation experience would be advantageous
• LGV C/ HGV Class 2 Licence with current CPC and Tacho Card
• No more than 6 points on your licence with no DD, DR or IN endorsements
